Your mission

How much revenue is really still hiding in a Meta campaign that's already performing well? As Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (m/f/d), you'll find out. You'll take ownership of operational campaign management with a focus on Meta Ads for SNOCKS, analyze performance data, and derive the next steps from it. You'll keep an eye on day-to-day business while also developing the channel strategically and working closely with our Creative team on new testing approaches. If you're excited to take responsibility for a core marketing channel at a fast-growing house of brands, we're looking for you.

Your tasks

  • Campaign management: You plan, steer, and optimize our Meta Ads in daily operations, from campaign structure through bidding strategy to budget optimization. During sales periods, you take on strategic planning, coordination, and operational execution.
  • Performance analysis & reporting: You continuously analyze campaign performance, draw concrete learnings, and translate them into next steps.
  • Strategic development: You continuously evolve our paid social channel and bring in new approaches and testing methodologies.
  • Creative testing: You work closely with our Creative team, develop testing hypotheses for new creatives, and evaluate the results.
  • Tracking & data quality: You monitor the quality of our tracking and attribution data to ensure clean performance measurement.

Your profile

  • Meta Ads expertise: Solid media-buying experience on Meta, from campaign structure through bidding strategies to budget optimization and testing methodology.
  • Analytical mindset: Numbers are your language. Strong understanding of performance drivers, backing decisions with data and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of tracking & attribution: You know tracking and attribution logic and what matters for clean data quality.
  • Way of working: Structured, self-directed, able to keep an overview even in a highly dynamic environment, and willing to go the extra mile to find the right solution.
  • Communication skills: You communicate results and learnings and collaborate with internal teams like Creative. English at least B2 level, so you're comfortable in our international team.
  • Proactivity & independence: You don't wait for instructions — you bring your own ideas and take ownership of your channel.

About us

SNOCKS – that's the sock company, right?

Yes, that's what we used to be. But now we're so much more than that.
What started as an idea between two cousins to sell socks on Amazon has now become a successful e-commerce company. Wait, ONE company? Nope, there are now three brands united in our House of Brands: SNOCKS, OCEANSAPART, and femtis. So it's no longer just basics for underneath, but also activewear and period underwear. And when we hear the expansion ideas of our CEOs Johannes Kliesch and Rehan Choudhry, we're certain that the next few years won't be boring either.

With everything that has happened since 2016, it's difficult to describe ourselves as an employer. Perhaps the best way to do so is this: imagine a company where everything is planned down to the smallest detail and your ideas need to go through three feedback loops before you might be allowed to implement them. Sounds boring? We think so too! No matter how many brands and billions are added, we won't stop playing Mario Kart during our breaks. How does that sound to you?
