Your mission

Even if we don’t currently have your dream role advertised, we’d still love to receive your application. It’s important that you describe your preferred area of work as precisely as possible. This will help us decide more quickly whether we need support in that particular team. You should also, of course, provide us with strong reasons as to how and why you can strengthen our team.

Important: By submitting your application, you automatically agree that we may store your details in our talent pool for up to 6 months.

As soon as a position arises for which your profile is suitable, we’ll get in touch with you! :)

Your profile

Please let us know your start date, your salary expectations and the area in which you’d like to support us.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer the following positions at present:
  • Internships of any kind

Should our requirements change in this regard, we will post a separate job advertisement – so please keep an eye on our careers page! :)

Why us?

You can expect a modern and dynamic working environment with a casual, informal atmosphere from day one. We believe in flat hierarchies and agile working methods. Our teams are made up of young, ambitious and motivated people who want to make a difference.

  • Perks for you: from Jobrad bike leasing and a contribution towards the Deutschlandticket to a company pension scheme (50% employer contribution) – with us, you’ll enjoy a whole host of extras. On top of that, there’s an employee discount at our Snocks Coffee and a tax-free benefit in kind (€50/month), which you can use flexibly for your weekly shopping or, for example, a membership at Urban Sports Club.
  • Work the way that suits you: You work wherever you’re most productive. Remote working is the norm, but if you fancy popping into the office in Mannheim, Hamburg or Berlin, there’s a monthly budget for that.
  • True flexibility: Whether it’s a workation with friends or colleagues, morning yoga or a midday workout – with us, you can easily balance work and personal life.
  • Onboarding: You won’t start from scratch; instead, you’ll be provided with top-of-the-range hardware and everything you need to work, and you can choose cool products from our partners and friends in the Welcome Shop.
  • Not sure what to do next? We’ll support you with our training programmes and individual development budgets! And if it’s not work-related, you can use your access to the nilo.health platform to get the support you need.
  • Just treat yourself: Whether it’s a ‘Social Day’ to get involved in the community, or ‘Power Days’ when your period really hits hard – these days are on top of your annual leave.
  • All together: We’re a team of A-players striving for growth, and we live the team spirit at our fantastic SNOCKS Group events or simply at the next after-work get-together.
  • Office life: It’s never boring here: whether it’s table tennis, FIFA or Mario Kart after work, cooking and lunch together, fresh fruit, coffee from the portafilter machine or the muesli bar. And best of all: your pet is, of course, welcome in the office too!
  • We’ll kit you out: No SNOCKS Group products in your wardrobe yet? We’ll change that! Every year, you’ll receive a €360 voucher from us, as well as other great discounts and offers such as corporate benefits.

About us

SNOCKS – that's the sock company, right?

Yes, that's what we used to be. But now we're so much more than that.
What started as an idea between two cousins to sell socks on Amazon has now become a successful e-commerce company. Wait, ONE company? Nope, there are now three brands united in our House of Brands: SNOCKS, OCEANSAPART, and femtis. So it's no longer just basics for underneath, but also activewear and period underwear. And when we hear the expansion ideas of our CEOs Johannes Kliesch and Rehan Choudhry, we're certain that the next few years won't be boring either.

With everything that has happened since 2016, it's difficult to describe ourselves as an employer. Perhaps the best way to do so is this: imagine a company where everything is planned down to the smallest detail and your ideas need to go through three feedback loops before you might be allowed to implement them. Sounds boring? We think so too! No matter how many brands and billions are added, we won't stop playing Mario Kart during our breaks. How does that sound to you?
